Cylindrical single nuts for ground screws and rolled screws

The nut is a key engineering element for the mechanism of recirculating ball screws: the nut accommodates the balls that create the precise, even and low-friction movement typical of these screws, which is why they are used in many industrial sectors.

With the aim of meeting the growing needs of interchangeability and almost immediate availability to the customer, at B.B. S.r.l. we have designed a series of standard components for our rolled screws and ground screws, which also includes the cylindrical single nut.

Produced in compliance with B.B.’s most stringent specifications, the  cylindrical single nut for ground screws and rolled screws features the innovative internal recirculation system, where the rolling track of the nut is divided into several circuits, in which the balls run and then are brought back to their original position.  It is a closed cycle system where larger load capacities can be obtained by increasing the number of circuits in the nut rolling track, according to the information in the technical characteristics table.
